Our lovely condo offers a unique opportunity to stay in a spacious home and be able to walk to the ski lifts, dining and more while paying an affordable price.
Not your typical rental - this condo has beautiful original and giclee paintings, vases, contemporary American Indian designed kachina dolls, Pueblo pottery and Navajo inspired upholstery.
Rental Policies:
- CHECK-IN time: 3:00 PM; CHECK-OUT time: 11:00 AM
- 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out, if available
- 3 night DEPOSIT is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure reservation
- Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas reservations)
- Minimum 4 night stay.
- $100 cleaning fee per stay
- Special rates available for 28 day stays or longer
- All rates and taxes are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy:
For a deposit refund, less $100.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
